Since the Elixir Placenta’s main focus is anti-aging and rejuvenating, kids ages 12 and below are not encouraged to take it. Moreover, the capsule is a bit large in size for the kids to swallow. Although there is no research or study that shows negative effects on kids since it’s a food supplement.

One (Maintenance) to Four (Enhancement) softgels per day.

 There is no study or research that shows that it is not safe for pregnant and lactating mothers however, we recommend to ask your attending physician before taking it since there are also mothers that are sensitive in their pregnancy.

 It is best to take 30mins before meals to allow faster absorption. However, for sensitive stomach, you may take it 30mins after meals.

Take first the maintenance drugs, then after 1-2 hrs take the elixir placenta to give time for the absorption of your maintenance drug. As for Food supplement, you may take it together with other food supplement with interval of 30mins to give time for the absorption as well.

We do not recommend to pierce the capsule since we prevent to expose it in any form of oxygen to preserve its efficacy. It is also better to take it with water to prevent any contradicting ingredients that may harm the efficacy of Elixir Placenta.
